• Licensed* hair stylists, estheticians, or massage professionals looking for a beautiful chair rental opportunity in Capistrano Beach
  • Licenses* are only required for professionals whose services require licensing.
• You have either an established clientele that sustains your business, or a small but active book of business with a clear plan to grow.
  • As an independent renter, you’ll primarily guide your own marketing and client growth. Saltwater may also support with social features, cross-promotion, and referrals when appropriate.
• You care about your work and the experience you provide to clients.
• You are professional, reliable, and respectful of the space and your coworkers.

Pricing fluctuates with the market rates/demand, so we only discuss specifics during a showing. Typically, we can be flexible for an introductory period for professionals who are a good fit.
Weekly rental price varies based on days per week and the space you're interested in (private room, booth rental, etc). Barring extraordinary circumstances, rental rate will remain fixed for a minimum of 12 months to provide stability as you grow your business.
